Terms of engagement

Scope

These are terms of engagement for Monarch AI Labs consultancy services.

Service commencement

A brief is answered within two working days of receipt. We will either:

  • Propose a scoped engagement and timeline
  • Recommend a different firm or resource
  • Decline (with explanation)

Ownership

Work product created under engagement is the client's property. Client material remains the client's property at all times.

Confidentiality

We operate under UK-regulated confidentiality obligations. We do not share client material with third parties or use it to train models.

Limitation

We are consultancy only. We do not install, operate, or manage systems on client premises without separate engagement. We do not provide ongoing managed services without a separate SLA.

Disputes

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are resolved via negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration.
