The position
Enterprise AI projects run into three walls. The first is technical: the systems are not ready for data-resident, credential-free, auditable operation. The second is regulatory: the practitioner is not sure which rules apply, how to prove compliance, or what evidence regulators will accept. The third is practical: the practitioner wants to move on the project while waiting for clarity on the first two.
This practice unblocks all three. We operate our own sovereign AI systems to handle sensitive work with no external hand-off. We read regulations, technical standards, and enforcement practice continuously, so you don't have to. And we move fast: even slow projects get an answer or a clear decision point within two working days.
"Unblocking" means the practice does not substitute its judgment for the client's. When we build we are the client, testing our own confidence gates. When we assure we are peers with the client's team, not a stamp of approval.
