What we provide
Fractional executive service in one of three roles:
- Fractional CTO: Technology strategy, architecture decisions, build vs. buy, team structure.
- Fractional CISO: Security posture, incident response, regulatory compliance, vendor risk.
- Fractional Chief AI Officer: AI strategy, model governance, regulatory compliance, risk management.
This is not consulting where we write a report and leave. This is an executive function: we attend board meetings, sign off on decisions, and are accountable for outcomes. We sit on your side of the table.
Engagement model
Fractional engagements run for 6–12 months, typically 2–3 days per week. We can step in immediately if you have an urgent need (regulatory deadline, technical incident, leadership gap). At the end of the engagement we hand over to a permanent hire or step back as the function stabilizes.
